Sogeti Centers of Microsoft Excellence

Sogeti has Centers of Excellence that serve as showcases for joint Microsoft and Sogeti solutions and provide a way for clients to get access to subject matter experts well versed in both Sogeti and Microsoft capabilities and offerings. The centers combine Sogeti’s industry, application and process expertise and its delivery tool-set, with Microsoft software and middleware solutions and services.

We have developed this partnership since 2007. In Switzerland, 60 persons are dedicated to all the Microsoft products. This strategic partnership represents more than 50% of our income.

We were speaker for many years at the event that Microsoft organized, the Techdays! Our collaboration with Microsoft spans most sectors, including retail, public sector, manufacturing, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.

Today we focus on SharePoint & app offering, cloud offering unified communications and on Datacenter industrialization. With the recent modification in the direction of Microsoft’s company, the game has been changed. The new Microsoft strategy will be Cloud first, Device First. We developed another type of offering called “Co-Selling”. The target scope is clearly defined on Microsoft Cloud Offering, mainly based on Office365, Microsoft AZURE, and Datacenter offers, focused on Hybrid or/and full Cloud infrastructure design. The goal is to co-address pre-sales stages with Microsoft on defined accounts to have better place on project deals.
